About this event

This AGM will be conducted virtually by Zoom Meeting. Content will be scaled-down to focus on required business along with a brief presentation to inform and engage our members in the present circumstances affecting our charity.

To participate:

1) Click the Attend Event (Register) button, and select your membership category, or register as a non-voting observer. We are waiving all membership fees at this time. For those who wish to make a donation in lieu of membership fees, please do so at www.unityproject.ca/donate-shelter

2) All registrants will receive a Zoom link to the meeting in the days ahead of January 24th.

The meeting begins at 6 pm and Registration closes at 5 pm on January 24, 2022 (to allow us time to send your zoom link). Your soonest registration in advance of meeting would be appreciated to reassure us of quorum.

3) The AGM will provide opportunity for questions and comments, and we will endeavour to arrive at decisions by consensus for the election of our board directors and appointment of auditors.

Membership... is necessary to vote, is automatic for founding members as well as current staff, and volunteers, is automatic for current and previous calendar year program participants , and is (typically, though not this year) $10 maximum for Individuals not listed in previous membership categories.
