For the first time ever, we're excited to announce that we'll be serving a selection of delicious local beers and ciders. Sip and savour your favourite beverages as you soak in the fantastic live performances and explore the wonders of the night market. Beer and Cider sales at market, 18+ only event.

Our Brewery of choice for this event is Village Brewery, providing us with a selection of beer and Cider. (non-alcoholic beer also available)

By purchasing a ticket for the "Vegan Night Market" organized by Lokal, hereinafter referred to as the "Event Organizer," you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risk: Attendees understand that the Vegan Night Market event may involve various activities and the consumption of food and beverages, including alcoholic beverages, that could pose risks to personal safety and health. Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance, participation, and consumption.

Health and Well-being: Attendees acknowledge that their participation, consumption of food, and beverages, including alcohol, are voluntary and that they are responsible for their own well-being during and after the event. Attendees with dietary restrictions or allergies are responsible for ensuring their safety by making informed choices.

Legal Drinking Age: Attendees must be of legal drinking age as specified by the local jurisdiction to consume alcoholic beverages at the event. The Event Organizer reserves the right to request identification to verify age and deny alcohol service to underage individuals.

Alcohol Consumption: Attendees who choose to consume alcoholic beverages at the event do so at their own discretion and acknowledge the potential effects of alcohol on their judgment, coordination, and abilities.

Designated Drivers: Attendees are encouraged to arrange for designated drivers, public transportation, or other safe means of transportation if they plan to consume alcoholic beverages during the event.

No Refund Policy: All ticket sales for the Vegan Night Market are final, and no refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to non-attendance or personal circumstances.

Release of Liability: Attendees release the Event Organizer, Lokal, its staff, volunteers, partners, vendors, and sponsors from any liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or harm suffered as a result of their attendance, participation, or consumption during the event.

Indemnification: Attendees agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lokal and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to their attendance, participation, or consumption during the Vegan Night Market.

Photography and Publicity: Attendees grant Lokal the right to use photographs, video recordings, or other media of them taken during the event for promotional purposes without further consent or compensation.

Severability: If any provision of this agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

By purchasing a ticket and attending the Vegan Night Market, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined in this liability agreement.
