A vision board is a creative and playful way to explore your vision goals for your life and concretize them in a meaningful way. Working with text, images and symbols , this activity will inspire participants to communicate their dreams visually on a card using various art techniques.
You will need the following materials for this activity!
- Glue stick, scissors, and writing pen and or marker
- Thicker paper 8 1/2 x 11 (card stock) or regular paper will do. A few sheets
- Optional but nice to have: pencil crayons, coloured markers, sharpie black marker, coloured paper
- A selection of magazines curated to your interests. We will use both words and images from the magazines. Some of my own favourites are Oprah (great inspirational text), yoga magazines (for images of balance, peace and inner reflection), travel and home decorating magazines
