Frequently asked questions

What is your refund policy?

Up to three days prior to the event, tickets will be refunded in full (minus booking fees) upon request.

Is the event wheelchair accessible?

Mostly. The elevator will carry anyone from the ground floor to the 3rd floor elevator, but there is an additional lift to the banquet room, which requires some additional work.

Does the menu offer gluten-free options?

This event is not fully-catered, and we can't guarantee that any dishes are fully gluten-free. Individuals suffering from Celiac disease should not attend without contacting the JW directly.

Does the menu offer vegan options?

Newfoundland cuisine, like many traditional arctic diets (such as those of the Inuit and other whaling communities), has derived most calories from available animal sources, including sea mammals, land mammals, and seafood. Please ask the JW for menu alternatives.
