Back in Motion's WarehouseAbilities program is a unique opportunity for individuals facing multiple barriers to employment, who are interested in working in warehousing, to obtain employment. We work collaboratively with referring agencies and hiring warehouses to determine eligibility and fit for warehousing jobs, provide on-site job coaching support and certifications required to work in a warehouse, to ensure successful job retention, and ensure that job seekers meet the unique needs of the hiring organization.
