Description

During a time of social distancing, how can we leverage online platforms to remain connected in meaningful, transformative, and engaging ways?

Join us for an interactive workshop, where we will cover:

  • How to lead a live online session for large groups (at least 20 people).

  • How to use Zoom in conjunction with other online tools to keep sessions engaging, such as polls, questions, and breakout groups.

  • Tips and considerations to create a digitally accessible environment and experience.

  • Ideas to inspire connection and collaboration amongst your guests.

This session is best suited for facilitators who organize dynamic workshops, classes, and meetings for teams or groups of at least 5 people. Please note that we will not be reviewing the basics of how to use Zoom. Instead, we are offering tips, tools, and strategies to facilitate and animate engaging online convenings.

This session will be facilitated by Peggy Sue Deaven, Program Lead and Facilitator at the Centre for Social Innovation.

Registered participants will receive a Zoom conference link to participate in this session via email on Monday April 6.
