Wellness Sunday
Get ready for a morning of rejuvenation at Wellness Sundays! Unite your mind, body, and spirit through a Yoga Flow class with the Niagara community. After your practice, indulge in some pampering provided by Saje Wellness, Aroma Espresso Bar, and L'Occitane.
Bring your mat, water, and any other props you may need to ground yourself and let your energy flow. Take this opportunity to prioritize your wellbeing and join us in practice of self-care and relaxation.
Each event all attendees will be entered into a ballot to win a door prize coutesy from Lululemon.
Event sign-in starts at 8:00am, yoga practice will begin at 8:30- 9:30 am.
