The Canadian Centre for Accreditation (CCA) in partnership with a global leader in Quality Improvement, Leading Edge Group, are delighted to announce a full suite of customized training programs that develop quality improvement knowledge, skills and capabilities for community-based health and social services.
The workshops have been developed to reflect the realities of community-based health and social organizations and their service delivery context. Participants will learn key QI concepts, tools and practices that can assist in more effectively addressing the numerous challenges in delivering effective primary health care, prevention and promotion and social services.
Delivered through online instructor-led workshops, participants will learn in real-time using an interactive online training platform.
White Belt
The White Belt workshop will be delivered over two (2) subsequent virtual training sessions (9 AM to 12:30 PM - 3 1/2 hours each) on October 1st and 2nd.
This training workshop introduces Lean quality improvement (QI) and its relevance for community-based health and social services.
The workshop will focus on key quality concepts and methodologies (Lean and Six Sigma principles and 8 wastes) and tools (root cause analysis, fishbone, 5 Whys, PDSA/A3) and how they can be used to increase quality, efficiency and innovation. Upon completion, participants gain the ability to identify improvement opportunities in the workplace.

Individuals who register for all 3 Lean White, Yellow and Green trainings are eligible for an overall 15% discount!

Refund Policy
- Seven days cancellation notice for a full refund
- No refund for six days or less cancellation notice.
- A minimum of 15 participants is required for this training. Should that minimum not be met, the session will be cancelled, and all fees will be refunded.
