The week consists of a forum, Ted-style talks, mixers and an awards gala. To receive access to all events held throughout WinTech week, you can register for a Week Pass or for individual events.
The WinTech pass provides access to all events held during WinTech week for one price!
This interactive and collaborative breakfast discussion will kick off Women in Tech Week by bringing together community partners to discuss practical steps to increasing diversity in tech. This candid and purposeful discussion will explore how the industry can use the most powerful and capable tools and/or people to help build a strong tech community. What do you have hidden in your arsenal that you can share with the tech community?
It's time to take charge - step up and own your accomplishments. Attend this year's Tech Summit to help foster a dialogue within the tech community. The Summit will help to create awareness to what the tech community still needs to work on, by inviting open and all-encompassing conversations about the female experience in the World of Tech. With a plethora of speakers, we will talk about combatting imposter syndrome, building confidence, and empowering women in the tech industry.
Join us in recognizing female talent that are making waves in the tech industry! Our Awards Soiree, sponsored by Management of Technology MBA at the Beedie School of Business, will celebrate the inspiring women who have made great contributions and achievements in the Vancouver tech community.
