Wood Working: Introduction to Wood Turning

This is a beginner class to learn the basics of wood turning.

This class will cover topics to make you feel comfortable on lathe including safety, mounting wood on the lathe and the basics of spindle turning.

Any jewellery on the hands and wrists must be removed and no loose clothing can be worn. Closed toed shoes are required. Safety goggles and face shield will be provided. Hearing protection is optional and available.

Cost: PAY DAY OF THE CLASS

Members: $40 plus tax

Non Members: $50 plus tax (additional $10 studio fee)
