About this event
In this four week series we will explore how to apply the eight limbs of yoga to address anxiety including components of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
This group is led by a Mental Health Therapist and yoga instructor and may be eligible for coverage under some extended health plans where Registered Social Work (RSW) is covered. This class is also included in RVN Wellness monthly studio passes.
$180 includes all four weekly sessions and a 30+ page manual.
No prior yoga experience required. Please bring a mat, journal, pen, and water bottle.
