We often find ourselves rushing from task to task with no end in sight. Let's slow down and ground our minds and bodies with the practice of outdoor yoga. Nestled along the edge of Victoria Park, Schneider Haus' new amphitheatre space offers an outdoor oasis in the heart of downtown Kitchener. Feel the earth support your movements as you disconnect from the stresses of everyday life and reconnect with yourself in body, mind and spirit.
On Thursday August 15th at 6pm, join fourth generation Yoga and Meditation Instructor Iman Grewal for a community Yoga and Meditation class in the newly unveiled outdoor solarium space at Schneider Haus National Historic Site.
*Please bring your own yoga mat and a water bottle.
Space is limited. Tickets must be purchased in advance for all those attending.
