Join me for an evening of gentle yoga, breathwork and Yoga Nidra - all from the comfort of your own home! Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, induced by a guided meditation that will help prepare your mind and body to fall asleep and stay asleep with ease - This virtual event will be the perfect way to wind down and release after a long day. No experience necessary - if you can breathe you can do yoga!
