Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a journey through the multidimensional layers of consciousness. With your body in a state of rest, you will be guided into deeper layers of mind where healing, insight, and creativity reside. This ancient technique teaches us to take the role of “the witness” and embody equanimity – the deep state of peace undisturbed by fluctuations in thought, emotion or other experiences that tend to take us out of balance. It is in this blissful state that we connect to the wholeness that we already are.
Please bring whatever props you need to be comfortable (eg. yoga mat, blanket, warm and comfortable clothes, pillow or cushions to support the head and legs, eye mask).
