Coming back for a second year.. We are about to really turn up for Fort Mac. Still 5km, 24 Obstacles..(a lot of new ones)..YES YOU WILL STILL BE TETHERED!!! To celebrate 10yrs, we have so much in store for you all. Don't miss out next spring.

Frequently asked questions

How many are allowed in a team

Since you will ALL be tethered, the minimum is 2. There is no maximum. Those who come alone, no problem, we will tether you with someone else who comes alone.

How hard is the challenge?

Best way to explain is, you cannot wake up on the day of the event and expect to finish. You definitely need to be moderately fit to complete our challenge.

What is the age limit

The minimum age for the adults challenge 14yrs. There is no maximum age as long as you do not have any serious medical condition.

is there punishment for not completing a challenge?

NO, anything you cannot do you can go around.

Do we get a medal if we complete?

YES, you will have earned our 10yr anniversary medal for sure..ONLY if you cross the finish line. No participation medals available.

How often does Zulu Challenge happen

Our event is done only once a year. Happy to announce we will be in 4 other Alberta cities if you miss us in Fort Mac. Check our website for location and dates.

Any swag available to buy on event day?

We will set up a pop up shop for our latest swag. We accept all cards and cash.

WE ARE NOT YOUR REGULAR OCR (OBSTACLE COURSE RACE) .....We are  more of a survival challenge, our runs are set up in different terrains offering different challenges and sequences to overcome. Much like how our ancestors survived, there was never knowing what to expect, they were just prepared to for everything. We do not reveal our obstalces, just come prepared for anything.. A challenge has never been this fun!
