Kristen is a Performance Coach and Mental Strength Ambassador for the RBC Whistler GranFondo. She works at the intersection of sport performance, nervous system regulation, and human connection.
A lifelong endurance athlete, Kristen returned to high-level performance after multiple cycling crashes and went on to run the Boston Marathon. Her work translates the science of nervous system regulation into practical tools for athletes who want to perform — and stay connected to their bodies while doing it. Today, she's an author, educator, and coach specializing in nervous system regulation and mental strength.
Kristen is also a certified Pilates Instructor with special training in Golf Pilates. Her Golf Pilates programs - Stretch, Swing and Sip - are popping up at Golf Courses across North America.
