With over a decade of experience supporting individuals with ADHD, autism, anxiety, and depression, I offer a holistic approach to well-being, designed to nurture the body, energy, and mind.

My sessions are rooted in proven techniques aimed at fostering balance, relaxation, and personal growth, all within a non-spiritual, non-religious framework.

The core focus of my sessions includes:

- Annamaya Kosha (Physical Body): Through Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and alignment-based practices, I work to enhance flexibility, strength, and overall physical harmony.

- Pranamaya Kosha (Energy Body): Pranayama (Breathwork) techniques are utilized to calm the nervous system and restore balance to your vital energy.

- Manomaya Kosha (Mental Body): I integrate Yoga Nidra (Restorative Meditation), Cognitive Behavioral Techniques (CBT), Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR), and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to help you relax, refocus, and transform self-talk and self-image into positive, empowering patterns.

These sessions are designed to provide a supportive, nurturing environment, offering valuable tools for stress management, emotional resilience, and overall well-being.
