Hammer Volleyball was founded by Sergio & Barb Di Carlo to create organized, high-energy volleyball experiences for adults who genuinely love the game. Based in Hamilton and surrounding areas including Stoney Creek, Dundas, and Ancaster, Hammer Volleyball hosts indoor and beach volleyball runs, drop-ins, and select leagues.
Our events are designed for high-rec to low-intermediate players and above. We are not a beginner program, players must be able to bump, set, and serve accurately, and keep rallies flowing. Our focus is on game quality, movement, and organized play while keeping the atmosphere fun and welcoming.
Hammer Volleyball is community-first, inclusive, and competitive, with an emphasis on respect, sportsmanship, and good vibes. We pride ourselves on well-run sessions, clear expectations, and creating a safe, drama-free environment where players can challenge themselves, improve, and enjoy the game.
