Maia Lee-Thomas is a mixed-media artist based in the GTA specializing in acrylic and digital painting. Inspired by nature, Maia's work often features animals or the environment with a whimsical twist. She has exhibited her work in galleries in Toronto and Hamilton, and continues to sell her art online and at year-round markets. A lover of all forms of creative expression, she believes that anyone can be an artist and that anything created by you has beauty and meaning. She currently works as a freelance artist and as an art instructor at the Oakville Art Society, where she leads workshops on a variety of topics.
