Erika Kretchmer · Founder and CEO, Ascend AI Technologies

I'm an entrepreneur and development manager based in Kelowna, and I've spent years in land development answering the same question: what can we actually do with this property? The answer is spread across zoning bylaws, community plans and municipal rules, and getting to one you can rely on can take days.

Ascend AI is the tool I wanted for my own work. Enter an address and it reads the rules that govern the property, then shows what they allow, with every figure cited to the bylaw section and page it came from. From first question to defensible answer. Without the research spiral.

Through Ascend AI, I host product launches and demonstrations for developers, property owners, and the professionals who advise them, starting with our software launch in Kelowna on November 10.
