Ottawa Women’s Circles & Emotional Support Groups is a space for women who are seeking a deeper connection with themselves, emotional support, and gentle inner transformation, as well as an opportunity to relax, release stress and anxiety, and explore themselves through new experiences.

These gatherings are designed to support emotional awareness, stress regulation, and a deeper connection with oneself and others. Each circle offers a safe and supportive environment where participants can share, reflect, and feel heard without judgment.

The sessions incorporate a variety of approaches and tools, including sound-based relaxation, vocal yoga, meditation, and aromatherapy using high-quality essential oils. These practices are intended to support gentle relaxation, reduce stress, and promote emotional balance.

The circles are facilitated by Liliia Tkachenko, who holds a Master’s degree in Practical Psychology and is currently in the process of professional development as a therapist. Her approach integrates somatic (body-based) elements, mindfulness, and emotional processing to support inner balance and self-regulation.

Through guided practices, shared experiences, and gentle facilitation, participants are invited to explore their emotions, restore their inner resources, and develop a stronger sense of grounding and support within themselves.

These circles are not a substitute for psychotherapy, but they can offer a meaningful space for emotional support, self-reflection, and authentic human connection.
