Angora is a trauma-informed somatic yoga teacher with over 15 years of practice and teaching combined.

After navigating repetitive stress injuries and nervous system dysregulation, she has gradually shifted toward a more embodied and sustainable approach to movement. She is passionate in holding space for movement to support healing, process difficult experiences, and help us reconnect with shadowy parts of ourselves that have been forgotten, silenced, or pushed aside.

Her work blends somatics with traditional yoga to help students reconnect with themselves gently and honestly — without performance, rigidity, or pressure to transcend the body. Check out franklyyoga.com for more.
