Gita has 2 levels of Integrated Community Drumming Circles (ICDC) plus Gentle Therapeutic Drumming training and has been facilitating drumming circles at various places around the community since 2016, including - but not limited to - schools, Okotoks Children's Festival, Canada Day events, retirement homes, community centres, and private locations. Her mission and vision is to build community and help you create Joy and Vitality in your life, a drumbeat at a time. No event is too big or too small - let us here about your needs. Drumming Circles are a beautiful corporate team building activity and can enhance just about any type of social gathering.

Gita is also certified in Sylvotherapy (Forest Therapy or Forest Bathing) and Aromatherapy. She offers Nature Retreats and Guided Nature Walks that allow her to apply that knowledge and those skills.
