I have spent over twenty five years equipping and inspiring growth and leadership development. My career has been spent serving extensively in non-profit organizations, business and education.  

I approach leadership development with curiosity and a touch of fun to break out of auto-pilot responses and into adventure. This way we can explore choice. I want you to have tools and strategies for a sustainable leadership journey.

I am a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. As a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator and Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator, I am qualified to deliver the cutting edge, research based material created by Dr. Brené Brown. I am a graduate of the University of Regina with a Bachelor of Arts in English/ History and a Bachelor of Education.  I also graduated from Royal Roads University with her Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching.
