About me

I am a master practitioner of holistic creative therapies in training with over 10 years of education experience.

I can facilitate and guide you through challenges you face using techniques such as art, crafting and breathwork. These will help regulate and process thoughts and feelings towards healing.

I have an interest in working with new parents, lone parents, parents of sick children and parents who are chronically unwell.

Qualifications

MPHCT- Master practitioner of holistic creative therapies (training).

BA (hons) in applied education.

Level 3 Safeguarding.

Level 3 Child Psychology.

Level 2 Counselling skills.

Paediatric first aid.
