What We Offer

Consulting: We partner with you to design the inservice you need, offering customized support that meets your goals and brings meaningful learning to your campus.
Coaching: One-on-one and small group coaching supports educators and leaders at every stage. Coaching creates space for reflection, clarity, and action.

Facilitated by Member School Leaders: Leaders from member schools facilitate many of our programs, sharing their expertise and fostering connection across roles and regions, strengthening the vibrant ecosystem that powers CATDC.
Hosted in Welcoming School Communities: Schools host programs on their campuses, creating warm, inclusive environments where shared learning and collaboration thrive.
Co-Created with Educators: Participants tell us what they need, and we design responsive and relevant offerings in return, co-creating learning experiences that meet real challenges and opportunities.
