Operating since 1987, Chebucto Connections is a non-profit community development agency that works within a Hub model to address a range of social needs in our community. Guided by the social determinants of health we use a wraparound approach to address issues related to poverty. Our programming and services are inclusive and low-barrier to support people to access what they need to move forward and improve their overall health and well-being. Located in the heart of the lower income Spryfield neighbourhood makes us accessible to those who need our services the most and who may otherwise face significant barriers connecting to supports.
