With Embody Wellness, the vision from the outset was to create a welcoming and contemporary environment offering a broad range of activities and services designed to balance your life and enhance your wellbeing. To deliver on this mission, owners Bruce Tegart and Christian De Ponte created this special space where the stresses of London life are left behind the moment you arrive.

We are extremely proud to welcome under one roof some of London’s finest teachers and therapists. Each week we offer over forty yoga, Pilates and barre classes catering to all levels of ability from complete beginner to more advanced students looking to take their practice to the next level. In addition, our friendly and experienced in-house therapists are on hand seven days a week delivering an extensive range of facial, waxing and massage treatments designed to relax, restore and rejuvenate. We are also home to a team of exceptional complementary and physical therapists dedicated to improving your health and quality of life, and some of the friendliest reception staff you’ll meet anywhere!
