A lifelong mover, student, movement educator, and community builder. Rhythm of Movement was born from my love of mindful, joyful movement and a desire to help people reconnect with their bodies in ways that feel supportive, sustainable, and real. My classes blend yoga, mobility, pilates, strength, and mindfulness practices, with a focus on meeting yourself just as you are. Whether you're new to movement or returning home to it, you're welcome here.
I’ve completed 400+ hours of training in yoga, mobility, and movement systems, with ongoing studies in functional anatomy and nervous system regulation. I'm always learning, always evolving to better support those I teach.
