Extended Education

Lake Michigan College’s Extended Education department offers a diverse and accessible learning environment for individuals seeking personal or professional development without the pressure of earning academic credits. These classes cater to a wide range of interests, providing an opportunity for community members to engage in lifelong learning.

Extended Education classes are offered in a short workshop format and can not be used for credit awarding programs and do not meet any requirement towards traditional graduation. Financial aid is typically not available for these programs.
