Haley Gaia

Hi,

My name is Haley. I am a yoga teacher, sound healer, and ceremony facilitator.

I hope to open students up to all the joy and love that is contained in their own bodies, their own breath, their own voice. I’ve shared my practices in the jungle, urban yoga studios, on retreats, and much more. My specialties include Vinyasa/Hatha/Yin yoga, sound baths, Kundalini pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. My mission is to guide people to the magic within. So, I hope that by practicing with me, you will find tools and techniques that will bring light into your day and spirit.

On top of teaching yoga classes across the city, I run spiritual events on a monthly basis- everything from ecstatic dance to sound baths to meditations. You never know where I might pop up next so check out @haley.gaia for the most up-to-date info on the workshops going on.
