Highwire Improv's mission is to build and foster a community that brings all of Baltimore to the world through improvisational theater, and an organization that brings the best of the world to Baltimore.

What sort of events do we host? Amazing live improv theater shows (comedic and dramatic) and classes and workshops (in-person and online) that teach you the joy, craft, and magic of improv!

All classes and workshops are for participants ages 18 and older unless otherwise specified.

Highwire Improv was formed to be a few things simultaneously:

• a deliberately anti-racist, nurturing and inclusive training ground, performance venue and community;
• a bringer of top-notch improvised comedy and various other performance options to the Baltimore community at large;
• a hub for audiences and performers alike to experience live theater;
• a home for the exceptional and unique talent in Baltimore and around the world.
