With iMentor, you’ll guide a Chicago public school student in 11th or 12th grade toward college and career success. Over the past 25 years, we have empowered mentors to help more than 42,000 students unlock their potential. Now, you can be part of this legacy of life-changing connections.

iMentor focuses on supporting students who often face the greatest barriers to success, helping to create equal opportunities for all. We’ll share our personalized support, expert guidance, structured plan, and tech-enabled tools to help you build a strong bond with your mentee, empowering you both to grow throughout the journey. And mentoring offers you an opportunity to grow your professional and personal skills and network along the way.

Attending our online info session is the first step to start your journey of making a real impact in a student's life. We hope you'll join us to learn how we support you in changing lives and become a part of this community of impact.

Mentors must also meet the following requirements:

Be 21 years or older

Live and/or work in the geographic area (you can put a location preference for mentoring!)

Be available for in-person events with students at least once a month
