I’m Jo, an Energy Healer, Intuitive Coach and Solution Focused Hypnotherapist devoted to guiding women back to their inner magic. I weave together EFT, inner child healing, NLP and Reiki to support women across the world as they release old stories, find clarity and step into the life their soul has been whispering for.

I am the voice behind Reconnect Her Fire, a podcast for women who feel the quiet pull of something more and are ready to awaken the spark they thought they’d lost.

My mission is to help rising women remember who they are. To trust their intuition. To dissolve guilt and fear. To choose themselves without apology and manifest a life that feels aligned, soulful and true.

I hold sacred, nurturing spaces through one to one work, group journeys, Manifesting Abundance workshops and my monthly Witchy Woo Circle. Within these circles, women reconnect to their power, honour their emotions and return home to the magic they have always carried within them.
