Joy in the Middle is a unique space created for adults with a special focus on Black women to reconnect with their inner child, embrace the joy of simply being, and exist in our original innocence. We focus on mental health, personal growth, and healing, offering a welcoming and supportive environment where women can be seen, heard, and be their authentic selves.
