Jyoti Ishaya is a teacher in the Art of Ascension as taught by the Ishayas.  The practice offers simple techniques to explore the deeper levels of the mind.  In other words, this simple, yet profound practice, returns the mind to innocence, helping to eliminate the destructive programming of society.  This allows the mind to experience its own divine nature. 

Jyoti is an authorized instructor from The Ishaya Foundation.  She teaches the basics of the practice, which is called a First Sphere.  This course is taught over 2.5 days.
