I have lived and worked in the countryside all my life and, more recently, I have spent more of that time in the mountains. Through that passion for the outdoors, I became a Mountain Leader, which allows me to share, guide and teach my love for the hills and mountains to others.

I would love to show you the stunning landscape of our countryside. As an experienced ultra runner I can help you recce races you want to run, achieve personal challenges or simply get outdoors more often. If you would like to take on a particular hill, mountain or route, I would be delighted to help you, either by guiding you or showing you how to have a safe and enjoyable adventure of your own.
