The Laundry Summit exists because the people who run laundromats deserved a better room to learn in. We built it as an education-first event — closer in spirit to a graduate seminar than a trade show floor — where owners, operators, and investors get straight talk on the things that actually move a store: site selection, financing, utilities, labor, marketing, and the operational decisions that separate a struggling mat from a thriving one.

Our full-day Summits tour the country, landing in a different city each stop. Each one is built around a single packed day of expert sessions, owner-to-owner roundtables, and candid panels with people who’ve done it — not a parade of vendors, but practitioners sharing what worked and what didn’t. We keep the format vendor-neutral and the agenda dense, because the goal is for every attendee to leave with a notebook full of things they can put to work Monday morning.

Between the big Summits, we run smaller laundromat showcases — more intimate, regionally focused gatherings designed to get you inside the work. These pair shorter-format education with the chance to see equipment, layouts, and ideas up close, in a setting where you can ask the granular questions a packed ballroom doesn’t always allow. They’re the on-ramp for newer operators and a useful tune-up for seasoned ones.
