More than a decade ago, my venture into mindfulness began with the discovery of meditation and Yoga. It was only a few years back that I encountered Breathwork during a period marked by grief and existential questioning. This profound practice facilitated the processing of deeply rooted emotions, ones I wasn't consciously aware of, ultimately bringing in a profound sense of peace.

Today as a trauma-informed Breathwork practitioner, my intention is to help as much as I can to bring the same sense of relief to others. Whether you are struggling with stress, anxiety, or simply feel overwhelmed by the demands of modern life, I am here to support you. My approach is founded on the principles of compassion, non-judgment, and trust.
