Menopause Knowledge empowers women and people of all backgrounds to thrive in menopause.

A non-profit organisation, it was founded by Aline Boblin, a passionate Menopause Awareness Campaigner who uses her own experience and evidence-based research and training to set up empowering and supportive events in the Midlands and wider in the UK. Our aim is to help all of us approach positively the time in life that we call 'menopause'.

Our events and peer support meet-ups and groups help individuals to embrace a holistic approach to their menopause journey.
