Neighbour Lab is a design cooperative, building neighbourhood resilience through creativity and dialogue.

Our mission is to support community resilience by bringing neighbours together around shared projects.

Resilient Neighbourhood Strolls: We collaborate with municipalities, community organizations and neighbours to develop a unique narrated tour through a neighbourhood, highlighting local strengths, opportunities, and initiatives. We invite residents to stroll through their neighbourhood while envisioning the surrounding infrastructure and landscapes post natural disaster. Neighbours leave the event with new knowledge and connections to inform concrete plans for emergency preparedness.

Neighbour Hubs: We also bring communities together through the co-creation of spaces and social infrastructure. Together, we create "Neighbour Hubs"–vibrant public spaces that foster community connection and provide emergency resources for neighbourhoods in Victoria.
