Oren Raz, MA, MFT - Licensed Psychotherapist & Leadership Development Expert

Oren Raz brings over 25 years of clinical experience and a unique perspective shaped by his background growing up in Israel and serving in the Israeli Army's elite intelligence unit. As a licensed psychotherapist specializing in trauma, anxiety management, and emotional regulation, Oren has helped hundreds of individuals overcome emotional wounds and build resilience.

New Dawn Wellness represents Oren's compassionate approach to individual healing, where science and psychology converge to support those dealing with childhood trauma, anxiety, and communication challenges. Through one-on-one therapy, group coaching, and healing conversations, Oren creates safe spaces for transformative healing. His work integrates cutting-edge neuroscience, interpersonal neurobiology, mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care to help clients move beyond symptom relief toward deep, lasting transformation.

Regenerative Leadership applies Oren's clinical expertise to corporate environments, helping organizations build high-performing teams through psychological safety and emotional regulation. This approach combines his understanding of human psychology with practical business applications, addressing the neurobiological reality that stress and fear destroy team performance. His methodology aligns with Google's Project Aristotle research, which proved psychological safety—not talent—is the most important factor in exceptional teams.

Oren's academic credentials include degrees in Philosophy and Psychology from Tel-Aviv University (1994) and a Master's degree with honors in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. He holds an MA, MFT license and brings both personal and professional understanding to his work as a trauma survivor who has dedicated his life to helping others heal.

Whether supporting individuals through New Dawn Wellness or transforming corporate cultures through Regenerative Leadership, Oren's mission remains consistent: creating environments where people feel safe enough to access their full potential, leading to authentic healing, sustainable performance, and meaningful connections.
