PASSAGES
A partnership between TVDSB, LDCSB and TVCC supporting youth with disabilities/special education needs, their parents/caregivers, educators and community partners residing within the Elgin, London, Middlesex, Oxford regions through secondary transitions to a variety of post-secondary pathways.
