Hello and welcome to my space,



I have been on the path of self-discovery and existential exploration since the birth of my soul:)



My life experiences have led me towards deep healing of my childhood wounds and I have discovered and experienced a plethora of various healing methods, however Kundalini Yoga, Family Constellations and IoPT remain the core methods in my life that I utilise in my life and in the work that I do with my clients.



I've been involved in constellations work since 2018 and I completed my core 2 year training in Systemic Constellations at the CSC The Centre for Systemic Constellations in London ( https://www.thecsc.net/ ). The training in majority was conducted in person in London and Bristol by the teachers Gaye Donaldson, Chris Williams and Sheila McCarthy-Dodd.



I am constantly involved in ongoing trainings, courses, practice groups with peers and supervision sessions. I continue to learn and expand my knowledge and skills in this field and some of the master facilitators which workshops and trainings I have experienced are: Stephan Hausner, Bill Mannle, Shavasti, Svagito, Bertold Ulsamer and many more.



I have also completed training in 2021 with Vivian Broughton (author of 5 books on trauma of identity) in IoPT Identity-oriented Psychotrauma Therapy developed by Prof Franz Ruppert and I also offer group and 1 to 1 sessions in IoPT which involved work on early trauma integration.



I have also done trainings in yoga and trauma-informed yoga as well as introduction to Somatic Experiencing, which I often utilise in group sessions.



My interests evolve around human psyche, individual and collective trauma as well as the etheric world beyond the physical eyes. I am committed to serve with love and to empower people to fulfil their true potential.
