Young Adult Activities (YAA!) work with like-minded partners to offer ability-appropriate activities that cater to the interests of persons with moderate to severe disabilities who are 16 and above. The activities are largely arranged in 2 tracks - CORE & LEISURE - with the intention to: 

1. Enhance social integration 
2. Forge relationships and build communities
3. Create delightful new experiences

The Special Transition & Engagement Programme (STEP) aims to outreach, plan and coordinate/implement engagement activities for young adults with disabilities, to provide opportunities to remain socially engaged and retain independent living skills after graduating from Rainbow Centre.

This is to allow for a longer transition runway to stabilize transition for young adults with disabilities who have recently graduated from Rainbow Centre, up to the last five years.
