SaskCanola was established as a grower-led organization to develop the canola industry in the province. SaskCanola receives a levy collected at the point of sale on every tonne of canola grown and sold by registered growers in Saskatchewan. The levy is used to fund research and extension initiatives, advocate for favourable policy at both the provincial and national levels, and develop market opportunities domestically and internationally.
