Because I love people, soca music, fitness and a good sweat!! Let’s wine and F.L.A.U.N.T. together! A few years ago, I suffered from a lower back injury. I couldn’t walk, stand, sit or basically do anything physical without intense pain. However, here I am today, proud to demonstrate that despite challenges, we can Socacize them away!

Socacize fitness is a creative blend of authentic Caribbean and African dance techniques, in harmony with effective fitness moves resulting in a unique, non judgemental and exhilarating dance fitness class.
