“Spivanka” translates to “sing-along” in Ukrainian as Ukrainians love to live their live intertwined with music! With so many people displaced due to the ongoing Russian war in Ukraine, many seek the feeling of home.

This project is created with an idea of offering a safe space for Ukrainian community in London.

Through music we can show our support to one another, through singing and listening we can feel connected. Many stereotypes and prejudices can be broken with a shared meal, a common goal or a song sang together.
