As a Path Consultant and Prosci Change Managementor from Vancouver, Canada, Stephen works with individuals optimizing their work-life-vocation-volunteering balance, and companies, co-ops and non-profits enriching their stakeholder engagement. This century is about relationships. Those who don't know it yet, are falling behind.

Stephen has worked in organizational design since 1988. He has facilitated the conferences, sat on the panels, taught high school English and Social Studies in suburban Vancouver and Labour Studies at SFU, and is now a Prosci-certified Change Managementor. He is a pretty decent poet, a fan of geothermal energy and the 7th inning stretch, and he never misses a photo with a lighthouse.
