I create safe supportive workshops, which help people to deepen self awareness and build practical skills for everyday life. My mission is to bring women together fostering connection, clarity and confidence.. particularly in areas we often struggle with quietly.

Through my events, my mission is to provide spaces where people can show up and be vulnerable safely. A place where you can pause, reflect and walk away with tools that you can apply in your life to feel more grounded, connected to yourself and show up authentically in relationships.
